The California Wellness Foundation cordially invites you to the 2009 Conference on Border Health TCWF’s Conference on Border Health is a forum for local, regional and state-wide policymakers, advocates and practitioners working on border health issues, to come together to discuss their shared visions and goals, network and share information. The conference will provide an opportunity for individuals in the field of border health to learn from one another, to hear about best practices, emerging trends and challenges facing the community.
