Nick Macchione, Director of San Diego County Health and Human Services, and Dale Fleming, Director of Strategic Operations, will join us in an informal dialogue about their newly launched 10 year plan to improve their services to our community. They will share and get your input on the ways they will deploy strategies of prevention, access and care and treatment so that San Diegans – including at-risk and high-need populations - can receive “cost effective integrated services that lead to people and communities that are healthy, safe and thriving.” What are the challenges to making this happen now and in the future and how will information and insights about the county’s plans inform your grantmaking? |
